My 70 something friend is more "funky" than I am and has taught me stuff about pop culture I had no inkling about. Of course I've got Asperger's syndrome and was raised by two Aspergians. We listened to Jazz sometimes, classical all the time and that is great stuff but that was about it. It reminds me of Men in Black with Will Smith's character being so staid and the older guy rockin upside to Elvis in the Holland Tunnel ("Elvis isn't dead he just went home").
