I just read a lot of comments on this,need to say a few things now,1:People are given so much credit to the BBC when Lou Reed should be getting the credit since HE wrote this fantastic song,2:The song is about Heroin,not the bad world we live in.3.Lou Reed CAN sing,anyone who disagrees obviously listen daily to people who cant sing,which is about 60% of whats played on the radio, tv etc,Lou Reed has an extroadinarily powerful voice,anyone who has seen him live will agree with me.
