Great sad song, one that stood out when it was released as the quality of chart hits was in rapid decline. I have the Rhino CD with it.

A song that brings a tear to ones eye,cause we all have regrets from our past. i sure do,even if i wasnt the one burning those bridges.How about the sweet flip side,"my hometown"? It also takes one back to never to be seen again days.

Mike Curb was a higher up person at MGM, but I don't recall his title at the time.
The turntable is a Technics SL-1500MK2.
