Emanueltreu (September 18, 2008 at 3:14 pm)
No it's not.
A Mandolin has 8 strings overall. Their closer together and tuned in oktaves. This instrument has 6 strings tuned like a guitar.
If somebody knows plz let me know...

I think it's a 6-nylon string portuguese guitar.

The correct word is "they're", Mr.Knowitall, and its "octaves"...not "oktaves", but nice attempt

Nought too bee two pentandic butt me theenks it is actchewly Mr No Wit (at) All. It would seem logical on the world wide web that English may not be everyone's first language... and even so... yu kno sum of us jus ner got proppa edgeammacations. It's somewhat fascinating (to me anyway) that English can be perfectly well herd and understanded with much less that 5% of the words spelled correctly or even used correctly grammatically. I'm gonna go try and get a life now.

Before you say anything, we sometimes use "s" instead of "z" in Australia.
You criticised someone for using "their" instead of "they're", and then you incorrectly used "its" instead of "it's". That's quite funny. But 'nice attempt' at grammatical know-it-allism, zero.
