the way i see it ( imight be way off lol) is K-os is saying that everything around us is the same and people are hard pressed to make a change and do their own thing "do your own dance" because either we as people are vain or we find it easier to conform( i probably took somebody's reponse lol my bad)

ruranga, don't be so rough on yourself man.

My interpretation of this song and this video is that K-OS is telling us it's ok for us fall out of conformity. Keep in mind that K-OS is from Canada, and as much as I love my country, we can all be really stuffy at times (at least in Ontario anyways). It's hard to explain, but pretty much like most of his stuff, K-OS is arguing that we return to a more organic state.

Ok, its not Eva Longoria, I'm an idiot. But I don't get it. I like to think I'm somewhat expressive, culturally, artistically literate, but I don't get this. As a runner, I guess I expected a more literal vision. But this supressive, alien, captive idea, as cool as it is... I didn't see the point. That's just me. I'm thinking of making amore literal interpretation if possible. Thoughts?
