A leslie was a cabinet with a fixed speaker and rotating horns above the closed cabinet that it was housed that produced a swirling sound using the doppler effect. a leslie simulator simulates the weird rotating sound of a leslie cabinet, but eliminating the (Highly impractical) need for a real leslie cabinet.
