and all TRUE assult rifels have been illegal since like 1930... checking wikipedia... "National Firearms Act of 1934" so since 1934 true assult weapons have been illegal for civillian possession or use.. so at the time of the clinton ban assult weapons have been outlawed for 60 years. wow democrats sure know how to fuck up the meaning of a word
