No, unfortunately there was no faking in there whatsoever.
What you saw is the reality of what happens when stupid people do stupid things.
Apparently tv warnings such as "Kids, do NOT try this at home!" are way beyond their realm of comprehension. LOL.
PS: That video was from 2 years ago.
In the meantime, I would hope those idiots did something else like that and, as a result, they are worm food, 6 feet under!
