This piece of shit would drive the highway and look for a house just off the highway for a quick getaway. Because his murders were in various suburbs in the LA it took a while to put the crimes together and finally realize that these various crimes were committed by the same guy.

I read at the beginning of the year that following a legal battle by 2 death row inmates, the US Supreme Court had suspended state-sanctioned murder by lethal injection pending their decision.
Has the court made a decision? I've heard nothing about it here in Britain.
Has the narrow-minded republican appointees to the court fell into the usual position of sanctioning murder of death-row prisoners? Grateful for a reply.

Are you talking about protection of the society by the most efficient and low-cost way of eliminating unwanted predators from it?
I don't know if US has begun to become a pussy country like mine, where multirecidivists are paroled after some ridiculousely brief incarceration, or even given "penitentiary holidays".
