this is a great version of Rhymth of the rain. Thanks for posting it. I liked this song by the Cascades, and now i like this much more. Its really awsome. And Danny had a great voice.

I'm not sure why Jeff and Mike are in this video..they never actually played on the track. Maybe TOTO was in the studio next door or something...
Great song..I've always loved this version...

Some people wouldnt know a good thing if it was right in FRONT of them. This was an amazing version by one of the greatest singer/songwriters of the time. Dan Fogelberg was awesome and thats all there is to it!

Fantastic ! The last time I saw this clip on tv in 1991. I love this song very much. This brings me 17 years back. Feels like teenager again. Greeting from Indonesia !

WoW I would definitley never call this the best version. Totally out of the atmosphere of the original. Sorry but this cover is soulles, sounds just like a music in .. you know, the typicall kind of cheap TV porn :P

wow nevernever....i thought this is the best version i ever heard...the horns sound great to me.....
neverneverlandearth (November 6, 2008 at 3:10 am)
actually, this could have been done better. it's a great, great song, so kudos for choosing to re-do it, but he kind of cheeses it up. (Pseudo blue-eyed soul is always a risk.) the horns are all wrong and the re-arrangement of the turnarounds are also a missed opportunity to bring out the beauty in the writing.
