oh my god no!!!! you're so far from being overweight it's not funny!! for a start you shouldn't be concerned with your figure at all, you're only 12, you're still so young and should be having fun! your body will start changing naturaly as you go through puberty, embrace it and love it!!!! i was 163cm and 45kg and that was underweight so that makes you damn skinny!! please please please try not to let it concern you!
