In this song, he's talking about the incident at one of his concerts -He was at an over-21 club concert and got a girl up on stage and started dry humping her to "entertain" nice. But the girl turned out to be only 15 so there was a huge uproar, her parents got involved etc and blamed akon for it although he thought she was over 21..and to be fair she was wearing hardly anything etc!
