I would really like to develope this kind of strength. Does anyone have any advice how to start? Yoga? Gymnastics? Dance? Maybe just starting with pushups, situps, pullups etc and work from there? All input is appreciated.

If you want strength like this, you better be prepared to eat, sleep, and breathe gymnastics for years and years. These guys do this kind of stuff from a very young age. It's not impossible to get there in just a few years, but you'd do well to train religiously if this kind of stuff is your goal. Yoga makes your muscles feel more secure going farther, so you'll notice that your own limits are pushed a little farther, but gymnastics builds new dynamic power that is absolutely ridiculous.

Thanks for your input. I already swim a lot so I have at least a foundation on which to build. So Gymnastics are the best way to go. I appreciate that it takes years to get to this level but anything is possible if you are willing to put the effot in. 80 year olds run marathons for example.

Do you know anything about wrestling? You don't really want mass, you want strength. Mass and strength are completely different.

gymnasts build the main muscles that are needed, wrestlers build everything to look cool. e.g that guy in the video has a massive trysep so can do wat he can, wrestlers will develop there bysep aswell to look cool. do not let the gymnast hit you, he will make you fly as he can jump him self off the floor with his hands
