I feel sorry for these cops..trying to do their job and you got the whole student body yelling at them trying to make them feel like shit. Not only are they trying to detain a suspect, they are probably worrying about being jumped from behind. Now I know why cops seem like pricks...because everybody treats them like one. This video truly sickens me.

Yes they were. They warned him 3 times before tasering him. In the beginning I bet the guy was getting unruly so the cops were trying to escort him out of the building and that's when he started yelling "DONT TOUCH ME!" So instead of just walking out, the guy decided to make a scene and argue some more...which then led to physical resisting and getting his ass tased the first time. And I've seen hundreds of cops get tased for training and they get up no sweat. He could have easily gotten up

Depends on if you have no shirt and see it coming and try to catch it , then on the back swing after missing it barely , keep in mind it is pneumatically charged , then you rip it out . then it doesn't hurt much , but the cops don't like it , PERSONAL EXPERIANCE !!

thats not the problem
the problem is how the police act the arrest. prob you can check law and staff to understand it was wrong .. not so hard ..
then i would act in a different way .. but this isnt good for the police officer at all . he made also his BIG MISTAKES

any court will rule that the officer was justifiable with his actions. the student was being defiant and resistive the the officer. the officer gave him more than one chance before using the taser. after that the student was still being a dick. it looks bad to the public eye but the cop was following his own rules.
