Until you find a band (which you won't) that can out play, out march and just all out release an arsenal of music, then If I were you, I'd just enjoy SU and keep it moving. They don't call us the "Jukebox" for nothing.

it would sound better if they were not blasting. I never got this style, it sounds bad!

It sounded ok, but you are right they do play loud to much, but thats their tradition and its been that way for a number of years and they are well known for it.Check out other and see if u like them better.(hint:UAPB)

I would think that the tubas on the sides would focus the bands sound forward to the other side...and im guessing it kind of chokes the bands sound also...
