Hey fellas, im thinking about going to the Citadel. What are the admission standards like? ACT scores? SAT scores? GPA?

As an alumnus I can tell you that you feel like you made a mistake during your first year. However each year gets better. I graduated 5 years ago, served my country as a "citizen-soldier" spending two tours in Iraq, and have a great job. Any time I went into a job interview, the interviewer ALWAYS made a positive remark about The Citadel. It was definitely a positive to have that on my resume. You also make life-long friends.

Dont say The Citadel is a copy of West Point. The Citadel did not get the whole football team thrown out for cheating. Anyone care to see the movie Code Breakers. 90 cadets including 37 letter football players kicked out for cheating.

It is harder to get into westpoint. but classes here are more difficult to pass than any other college.
