You Control Climate Change

The European Commission has launched a campaign to build public awareness of climate change. Using the slogan "You control climate change", the campaign encourages citizens to adopt certain everyday habits to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The campaign which kicked off on 29 May 2006 encourages the public to sort waste, leave the car in the garage, use public transport, not to leave electrical devices switched on, and so on. In short: "turn down, switch off, recycle, walk".

Climate change controlling is a fraud steming in the upper elite in the pyramid of secret societies to brainwash the dumbdown public to accept depopulation techniques as a solution. Slavery and depopulation has been pushed by the Elite since at least the Egyptians where the Pharoahs thought they were gods and looked for any excuse to control the population. If you have fallen for this fraud and acceoted it do us all life lovng people and the earth a favor and depopulate yourselves first.

ditto to everything written by co2lies and thinkpolicy. I'd like to add that glaciers have been melting for the past 15000 years, which has caused the sea levels to rise by 130 meters. Also, sea level is driven by seafloor expansion. Scientific consensus? on what? ever heard of the Oregon Petition? 31000 scientists signed that stating that they do not agree that global warming is due to human emitted green house gases. Can you come up with some real evidence for why humans have caused it?

How about 600,000 years of ice cores that show that temperature drives CO2, not the other way around?
How about sedimentary, ice core, tree ring, surface temperature, and glacial evidence proving we've been steadily warming since the 1700s at .5 - .6 celsius a year, with no change in any of those lines as a result of the big CO2 increase during the industrial age?
How about satellite data proving temps have been steady or cooling for the last ten years?

It's a nice slogan but it isn't true. Human CO2 emissions are infintisimally small compared to natural emissions. The human contribution is less than the natural variability of natural emissions each year.
Public transportation is smart for a lot of reasons, but it won't change the climate, all the other energy saving schemes are also good, but they won't change the climate.
