The title track was made specially for the game and I'm not sure about the club, but swamped played in the radio and in the ending credits.
The game had incredible dialog(voice acting and character wise), story, rpg system, and obviously soundtrack. It only failed due to so many bugs, but I still have it installed in my pc, and play it sometimes :)
I wish they remake it. Too bad Troika is not around anymore, but one can hope Bioware or other software house would make it happen.

Actually, her name is AMY LEE, and you're absolutely right. Lacuna Coil doesn't have that poseur, amateurish sound quality to them like Evanescence.
Evanescence tries way too hard to get into the Goth Scene, and it's pretty SAD.
