You would need one coil for every sound wich is played paralel to another sound.

i know but i dont want to play with several coils at a time..i want just one.. i dont want to play THIS song its just that i am curious whether it is possible to have another kahtode... where the bolt jumps on and connect some device like an amplyfier to it in order to record it that way.. or does it just make the sound with the bolt and it would sound different if it was "wired" that way?

it makes the sound throuh the expanding air, caused through the heat of those flashes

i know it does but still the electricity is run after some sort of scheme... i mean obviously he controls the khz rate of the flashes in order to control which sound they make.. so i am courios how it would sound when a membrane gets controlled with these rates....
