Well graphics are pretty close 360 has slightly brighter graphics so you should consider more then just graphics

AC6 has less planes, better graphics, bad story compared to 5...And online battles
And once you start this it will be somewhat difficult to go back to the ps2 versions..the control is much tighter than the ps2 ace combats, you won't notice when you play AC6 but when you go back to the ps2 it will feel extremely weird..
