Rammstein - Du Hast (English)
BackRammstein's music video of Du Hast, dubbed over with the English version of the song. Rammstein HAS made a German and English version of this song, yet it isn't an exact translation. They translated it so it will sound better in English. Also, to stop the argument on the comments of this video, Du Hast means You Have and Du Hasst measn You Hate. As stated before, they translated it to You Hate to make it sound better.
Lyrics:
You
You hate
You hate me
You hate me to say
You hate me to say
And I did not obey
Will you until death does sever
Be upright to her forever
Never
Will you 'til death be her rider
Her lover too, to stay inside her
Never

you what? 'du hast' means 'you have'
pigactor (November 18, 2008 at 2:22 am)
it depends on the context
"du hast" by itself mean "you hate"
"du hasst (mich gefragt)" means "you have asked me" which is past tense
It's a play on words that doesn't translate into English.
Previous commentators are right - this song best heard in German.
