I also find it interesting that the only 'freedoms' some people want to protect are those of White, heterosexual males. It seems like nobody cares about the freedoms of gay people wanting to express public affection without being subjected to humiliating comments. Remember, these women only heckled after Guy hassled them for the crime of (gasp) kissing. Human rights tribunal? I don't know. But I do think we need to question a society that encourages and rewards verbal gay bashing.

You don't have one.

Why do I get the feeling that if Guy had made racial/anti-semitic slurs the response on this board would be different? It is still socially acceptable to bash lesbians. These women were kissing and Guy tried to limit their freedom to do so by attacking them. He started it. There is a grey area between freedom of expression and hate speech. What Guy said was bad enough that there was a protest outside the bar. My view is that if anyone was to cross the line into hate speech it would be HIM.

So, you see him as an untalented asshole and, for that, you think the hammer of the state should come down on his head. What a fucking fascist.

None of the publicity will make him a good comedian. It'll make him a worse comedian because he will mistake his temporary importance with talent.

Actually, read comedians ceased to exist after Johnny Carson died.

Siouxielin has a finger on the pulse of Guy's true intention. He's upset that HE got heckled. Boo hoo. He took out his personal distress on two women. Guy has to face something more stark and scary than a human rights panel. He has to face his failure as a comedian, as one who is too self-involved, who is taking things too personally, and who seeks personal vengeance. He's not about "love" like he says in the video. That's bullshit and not one of you has the guts to call him on it.

Cunts like this dyke piss and moan about Guy, and PC pussy-whipped Canadians all sigh.
But most of the same shit-dicks who complain about "offensive" Canadians, also love South Park and the Simpsons and a thousand other US shows and movies and comedians who are politically incorrect.
Hypofuckincrites!
