Michael Jackson was more succsessful?!! My ASS! Elvis is the only person in history to have TWO hits at the top of the charts at the same time. Elvis is still remembered as "The KING" He gave rise to a new type of music in the 50s.His music still makes the most income out of any other musician alive and hes dead. Elvis is and always will be the man or "The King". No one even comes close to the same league as him.

this guy is still known as number 1, he has over 100 gold platinum, and multi platinum awards, he doubled the beatles in '92 with the beatles only having 42 gold, platinum, and multi platinum awards. thats why he's truly acknowledged as the king of pop.
