The defference between Parkour and FreeRunning
Parkour: It's not for show-off, but it's about to get fast and simple around, just like in the game ''Mirror's Edge'' No flips on Parkour.
FreeRun: It's just like parkour, just more advanced, you have to make flips in FreeRunning and it's also for show-off
But i don't know if this is Parkour or FreeRunning? Because it contain flips, but it's still pretty simple.....
