Those are some good exercises. I like using the versacuffs for lateral tube walking, but the featured hamstrings exercise in this workout was good.

You might have you size ideas skewed. The girls here are definitely a six or below. And those "plump" Top Model girls? Most are 20% less than a healthy weight.

i would recommend Aylio resistance bands. aylio offers a great resistance training set. other bands i've tried often snap or feel somewhat awkward during certain movements
