the catalytic converter on the exhaust can be scraped and you can get anywhere between 50 dollars and 1,000 dollars for thos at a scrap yard. They have platinum and other rare metals in them

I love the sound of Volvos. We have one (2001 s80). No any problems even. Sometimes when she's cold she doesn't run on all cylinders at first. But it doesn't take too long before she does.
