you should watch the video from 10:20 to 10:40 and after the "doctor" took away this black things from the "aliens" eyes you can see the alien shut his eyes for a short time.
its a human with an alien suite! the alien has the same anatomy like an human. thats unreal because other planets have an different place in the universe and so the evolution goes other wayes then on earth and makes them look different!
