And believe it or not most people KNOW why they are being arrested and the charges usually, I said usually, reflect the actions leading to the arrest. One reason we dont need to read Miranda rights because most perps like shooting off their mouth on the scene- and since we are not asking them - their statements are viable as evidence as related to the case.

Hey Whitebus- let me advise u how Miranda rights apply in the field- Miranda rights protect ur right of self incrimination"the right to remain silent" and the right to counsel- "the right to an attourney"
It not necessary to read those rights at the time of arrest only when any officer/detective asks about the circumstances relating to the arrest. Secondly we absolutely do not have to state a reason for arrest at the moment of arrest- that usually happens after the situation is secured.

Oh, well thank you for clarification

"props to him", he's a complete fucking idiot. You should look up his history, he's well-known for causing trouble all over campus on a regular basis. In fact, he PLANNED this whole things in advance for his 15 minutes of fame. Also, they would cuff him if they were arresting him. Did you see them attempt to whip out the cuffs? No. They're taking him out of the building. They would cuff you if they were arresting you, if you fight, they WILL arrest you, as what happened in this case.

Honestly police should have no right to grab a person like that, its complete bullshit, and it might just be a coincidence but when they first grabbed him the lady grabbed his arm and attempted to put it behind his back, which probably lead to him assuming he is being under arrest. But mad props to him, Fuck the Police, Police these days don't know their duties

He was screaming about being arrested when all they were doing was kicking him out for causing a disruption and berating the Senator. Initially, they were only kicking him out, NOT arresting him. Not until he broke free from them TWICE, (resisting an officer), and tried to incite 200+ people to step in and interfere with the officers (inciting a riot) did the removal change to an arrest. They DID tell him why he was being arrested once they got downstairs. This footage is incomplete.
