This was used to recruit players for the 2006-2007 Ultimate Frisbee team at the Waterford School.

those dives look like they hurt. they should learn to roll when they land. not that i know anything about ultimate frisbee.

i only mentioned it cos i play cricket and i'm a wicket keeper. It hurts when i dive so i do a roll t stop me from sliding and getting grazes.
